The family that runs together...

Yesterday we went on our first run as a family. It was my first time running outside in forever and Owen's first time in the Chariot. Aidan and Dada have logged many miles together. I wish I could say it went like a dream but it was touch and go. Both the boys weren't sure about it. Owen was in need of a nap and Aidan was still sick. I had a hard time but overall felt good with the run. In the end, it was good family time. I'm looking forward to many more miles together.
