The Spookies

Ever since Aidan has started noticing Halloween decorations this year, which he calls spookies, he has been asking about them. Monday we had a play date and my friend had the outside of her house decorated and as we were driving home Aidan said, "Those spooky decorations are fun. We need some. And how about some spooky food." So yesterday as we were coming home from Walmart I decided to stop by the Dollar Store so Aidan could pick out some "spookies." This is what he picked out with a few other things. I picked out a tombstone and showed him. He said, "That's not scary. We need another one." So he picked out one he thought was scary enough. He had such a good time decorating and couldn't wait for Dada to get home to show him.
