Cat in the Hat

3/2/11 - Dr. Seuss' birthday The boys and I celebrated a little during the day. The boys love anyone's birthday. They changed it to Cat in the Hat's birthday. We thought the local Borders' was having an appearance by Cat in the Hat so we headed out with Dada to check that out. Turns out Mama had her facts crossed and it was On the Border next door. We walked over to see if we could get a glimpse. It was packed so we just peaked in and grabbed a goodie bag. The boys still thought it was fun. When we got home Aidan decided to use his newly acquired pencil and paper to draw Cat in the Hat and characters from The Cat in Hat Knows Alot About That.


Owen followed suit and drew his versions as well.
