There are so many more pictures I could add to this post. We really did have a wonderful time. The boys are still asking to go back. We also did fireworks for the 4th of July, nothing big, but it was the boys first fireworks. We did smoke bombs, snakes, sparklers and monster trucks. The boys favorite were the smoke bombs. Papa also got them kites and they had a great time flying them together. Lots of wonderful memories...

MO Trip - July 2011
Once again this year, we spent a week in MO at Papa and Grandma's. There was never a dull moment and we got to do lots of fun things and visit with family.
We visited Powell Gardens and enjoyed a dinosaur exhibit. There were several different fiberglass dinosaurs placed through out the gardens. The gardens themselves were beautiful but the boys loved the dinosaurs.
We also visited Science City. There were several different exhibits to explore, but one of Aidan's favorites was digging for dinosaur bones. Owen really liked watching the trains at the yard near by.
Dad, Mario and I were able to take a couple rides while we visited. I hadn't been on a horse in years. It was quite the treat.
The boys got to visit their great grandparents. One of their favorite things at their Great Grandparent's farm is the chicken house. I'm here with Grandma after showing the boys the new chicks.
The boys loved chasing the chickens around the yard. The giggles were priceless.
Aidan and Owen loved to play with their great grandfather and he loved to play with them. The boys would wrestle around with him and laugh and laugh.
Owen got to go for a ride on Great Grandpa's mule.
After the tractor ride, the boys had a great time playing in the ofd hay barn at Papa's. Aidan loves that barn and Owen is quickly catching up with rolling in the hay.
The tractor ride ended at the old hay barn. Aidan brought back a load of hay for Papa.
Aidan loves to drive tractors, always has. He drove the tractor to the old hay barn with Owen riding along.
Owen didn't want to ride back to the house on the hay, so he walked. I just love this picture of my little cowboy.
One of the days we spent at Papa and Grandma's helping Papa with chores. The boys hung out with Grandma and had a great time playing in the dirt. They constructed all sorts of roads that day.
Dad let me drive the tractor to get a few round bales from the back pasture. I also helped him mow the lawn and trim the horses hooves.
Dad with Jack before our first ride of the week.
The boys spent a day with their other Great Grandparents as well. Aidan couldn't wait. He thinks Grandma Haley has the best toys. The boys wanted to go back to a park they had visited with them before.
